Rachel Spencer

Rachel Spencer is a Senior at Holton-Arms School, who is a dedicated advocate for spreading love and serving others. Passionate about making a difference, Rachel serves as a Blessings In A Backpack Program Mission Ambassador, and she is an Ambassador Level Girl Scout! Rachel is honored to serve as a member of the inaugural Frederick County Youth Council, where she uses her service organization, Sprinkles Of Love to inspire teens to volunteer in their community and find their service passions. As Miss Maryland’s Teen 2023, Rachel visited 11 counties within the state of Maryland and spoke to 150+ youth. With internship experience in the US House of Representatives, representing MD-06, as an intern for Congressman Trone, Rachel aspires to obtain a J.D., pursue a career as a civil rights lawyer, and eventually enter politics. Rachel is excited to help foster a love of literacy amongst all youth and build a sense of community through Butterfly Books.
